出现该 IBM AIX RISC System/6000 Error: 5: I/O error 报错一般会伴随oRACLE报错 ORA-27091: unable to queue I/O，ORA-27072: File I/O error。 该报错说明IBM AIX出现I/O错误并影响到ORACLE，具体如何影响可以看下面的日志例如

这里表现为ASM读取metadata失败 这会影响到ASM diskgroup的mount 。

所以这里IBM AIX RISC System/6000 Error: 5: I/O error 报错的具体影响要看其IO读取失败的部位，如果影响到oracle源数据 ASM metadata则可能导致库打不开或asm diskgroup 无法mount等严重问题，否则可能只是个别表的个别数据块读不出来，影响就小的很。
