在原始设备添加数据文件失败并生成错误：
alter tablespace TBS_CRM_ACCEPT_IDX add datafile '/dev/rlv_data724';
ORA-01157: cannot identify/lock data file 750 - see DBWR trace file
ORA-01110: data file 750: '/dev/rlv_data724'
ORA-27048: skgfifi: file header information is invalid
