原因
错误是由于当shutdown命令被发出时，MMON 进程刚启动就被打断。
解决方案
当数据库被打开后shutdown immediate 被立即发出时，执行一个startup restrict。
这避免了这种类型的问题，其中被启动的secondary进程或作业由于shutdown命令几乎被立即终止。
